Gregory Harnett

Mr. Greg Harnett works in the Dayton headquarters and serves as a lead reviewer on the RLS compliance team. He is a key contributor to the Federal Transit Administration’s Comprehensive Oversight Review and Technical Assistance Program (CORTAP) and has conducted dozens of Triennial Reviews. Additionally, he has led comprehensive on-site and virtual compliance reviews for State DOTs throughout the county, including in Oregon, Arizona, North Carolina, and Massachusetts.

Mr. Harnett effectively guides clients through the complex and dynamic landscape of FTA regulatory compliance. He has delivered technical assistance covering the full spectrum of compliance topics and is emerging as a nationally-recognized expert in the area of procurement. Further, throughout law school, he served as a Legal Intern at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) and played key roles in a number of large procurement projects, including the solicitation of a contract for the management, operation and maintenance of the MBTA’s commuter rail system, as well as the evaluation and selection process of a contract to furnish and deliver 400 new heavy rail vehicles.

Mr. Harnett holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College, where he majored in Government and History with a minor in Business.
