Kjirsten Frank Hoppe
Ms. Frank Hoppe joined RLS in its Dayton headquarters after 12 years in transportation. She is an experienced, multi-disciplinary project planner, focused on improving transportation solutions, land use outcomes, and multi-agency collaboration. Before joining RLS, Ms. Frank Hoppe was the Senior Planner for a Metropolitan Planning Organization in southwest Ohio where she was responsible for the region’s locally developed Human Service Transportation Coordination Plan as well as the Comprehensive Local-Regional Bikeways Plan and subsequent update. She is proficient in ArcGIS and is an experienced grants writer.
Ms. Frank Hoppe is part of RLS’ Planning Division where she works on the firm’s short- and long-range transit and coordinated human service transportation plans. Her recent work includes providing technical support and planning for the Central Midlands Council of Governments Human Services Transportation Coordination Plan and the SARTA Transportation Development Plan.
Ms. Frank Hoppe completed her Master of Planning and Development Studies at the University of Southern California and her Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies, Urban & Regional Planning at Miami University of Ohio.
