Mr. Bubash works out of the Dayton office as an Associate. He specializes in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and his recent projects include the MVRPC Coordination and the West Virginia Coordination Plan. Mr. Bubash has also worked on Transit Asset Management (TAM) Plans along with Agency Safety Plans (ASP). He has recently begun assisting the Ohio Department of Transportation with processing invoices.
He has a B.S. in Public Administration and Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University (Ohio) and recently graduated with a Master in Public Administration from Wright State University.
Mr. Bubash employed his GIS knowledge to analyze Miami University’s impact on the Oxford housing market. He also mapped and assessed the potential flood risk of infrastructure at Caesar Creek State Park by collecting GPS data points using Trimble R1 units and the ESRI Collector smartphone application, then using ArcGIS Online and ArcMap Desktop to map the GPS points, and then assessing flood risk based on the reservoir levels and various flood levels.
