ODOT will be hosting a financial policies and procedures workshop on January 30, 2023. During this hands-on training, subrecipients will learn how to utilize the financial policies and procedures template in order to create compliant financial policies. Additionally, this course will provide background information on why your agency needs to have certain policies and how failing to have those policies could impact your federal and/or state funding.
All subrecipients receiving ODOT 5310 funding, including mobility managers, are expected to attend this important one-day workshop.
Attendees should:
Bring a laptopHave a copy of the Financial Policies and Procedures Template downloaded on their laptop*Have pertinent agency information regarding positions and who performs which financial functions for their system
