This is a two (2) day training intended for in-house, driver trainers.
Passenger assistance training is required by many transportation funding sources including NHDOT and insurance providers.
This two-day course includes video, handouts, a hands-on practicum, and a certificate of completion is designed to give the transit professional the information and knowledge to train drivers.
Training includes both classroom instruction and “hands-on” practice to address ADA regulations and requirements, passenger sensitivity, lift operation, and wheelchair securement.
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an instructor packet.

Lunch is not provided. You can bring lunch or restaurants are available near by.
Is there onsite parking?
Yes. Street Parking may also be used.
What is the dress code?
While there is no formal dress code, we ask that you dress appropriately for the weather. Closed-toe shoes are required. Some tasks will be performed outside (rain, snow, sleet, etc.)
