Jaime Blatti

As part of RLS’ growing compliance practice, Ms. Blatti works out of the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) headquarters in Chicago where she supports IDOT’s oversight of its subrecipients. As part of this role, Ms. Blatti is responsible for coordinating and overseeing on-site regulatory compliance reviews of various transit systems throughout Illinois; providing on-site technical assistance and training to Sections 5311 and 5310 recipients; assisting IDOT staff with Transit Operating, Capital, and Technical Services (Planning) Programs; and developing and conducting periodic training on compliance review topics.

Ms. Blatti has a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines, and ensure strict adherence to project budgets. Prior to joining RLS, Ms. Blatti was a successful Executive Director of a demand response, curb-to-curb public transportation system in Illinois. As Executive Director, she was responsible for all aspects of operations management, including scheduling, planning, grant management, fare collection, vehicle maintenance, and local government relations.

Ms. Blatti completed her Master of Urban Planning & Policy – Transit degree from the University of Illinois.
