Julie Black

Ms. Black joined RLS part-time in its Dayton headquarters after 12 years in transportation planning. She is an experienced project planner, focused on data visualization. Before joining RLS, Ms. Black was a Senior Planner for a Metropolitan Planning Organization in southwest Ohio where she was responsible for agency resource data, Census data, Tableau Public, regional profiles, and report layout and design. 

Ms. Black is part of RLS’ Administration and Planning Divisions. She will be handling report/proposal formatting and production through the use of Adobe’s Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat). Ms. Black will also handle RLS’ eLearning modules. Her background in design, layout, and programming are valuable assets to the creation of eLearning modules.   

Ms. Black completed her Master of Urban Planning at the University of Louisville and her Bachelors of Philosophy, pre-veterinary medicine at the University of Kentucky.
