Lisa English

Ms. Lisa English joins RLS & Associates, Inc. as a financial analyst after a successful career with the State of Georgia. She served the Department of Transportation with more than 26 years’ experience in governmental accounting. Ms. English supervised the Contracts Payable Unit that was responsible for over 2,500 consultant and let construction contracts yearly. Ms. English was responsible for tracking and managing the federal grant funds for Federal Rail, Federal Transit, and Federal Aviation Administrations in both the federal and state accounting systems, which included Federal Financial Reporting, Federal Contract Reporting, ECHO/Delphi requests, and provided documentation for the yearly audits.

Ms. English completed the certifications for the Governmental Accounting Series 1999 and the Budget and Financial Management Program in 2017 from the University of Georgia.
