Shereca Hampton

Shereca Hampton joined RLS & Associates, Inc. as an Associate working out of the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in Atlanta, Georgia. While working in the GDOT office, Shereca works as a liaison between GDOT and the BlackCat database.

Prior to Joining RLS, Shereca was a Staff Accountant for a Non-Profit Organization where she helped build an internal finance and accounting department. Assisting with the implementation of a new ERP system rollout, by creating training manuals and conducting training sessions for team members.

Ms. Hampton completed her associate in general education with a concentration in Economics at Arapahoe Community College. Shereca is experienced in federal and state policies and procedures, grants and program advancement, cashflows, allocations, and financial analysis. She is skilled in Blackbaud, SAGE, Business Central, SAMs, and eRequester ERP systems.
