Passenger Assistance Techniques (PAT) training is required by many transportation funding sources, including WisDOT and insurance providers.
This course includes video, handouts, a hands-on practicum, and a certificate of completion.
Training includes both classroom instruction and “hands-on” practice to address ADA regulations and requirements, passenger sensitivity, lift operation, and wheelchair securement.

While there is no formal dress code, we ask that you dress appropriately for the weather. Closed-toe shoes are required. Some tasks will be performed outside (rain, snow, sleet, etc.)
