OTAP Training

RLS & Associates, Inc. is currently under contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation, Office of Transit to develop and implement its RTAP program, currently known as the Ohio Technical Assistance Program (OTAP). Some of the areas for training may include, but are not necessarily limited to: financial management, procurement, defensive driving, disability awareness and customer service, emergency procedures, operations, drug & alcohol program management, D&A reasonable suspicion, ADA, Title VI, DBE, and the Transit Academy. Transit Academy classes are by invitation only.
