Our Staff
RLS & Associates, Inc. (RLS) is headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. In addition to RLS’ Dayton staff, RLS employees work remotely from offices in Ohio, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, North Carolina, Texas, Vermont, and Virginia. RLS staff are nationally respected, highly trained, and experienced transit professionals who bring an abundance of credentials and skill sets to the RLS team. The RLS staff includes former transit managers and State DOT program administrators who provide unique insights and perspectives to the challenges faced by today’s transit systems and communities. In addition, RLS has a network of highly skilled and trained independent contractors that regularly assist and support RLS on a wide variety of projects. From the office and technical staff to its Associates, Senior Staff, and Independent Contractors, RLS is committed to providing excellent, quality service to its clients.
